DEVELOPMENT OF AFA ELECTORATE GROUPS
One of the most pressing tasks of the AFA, if it really wants to make a dent on the social conscience of Australian society is to form a ground-force based on electorate boundaries.
The link below shows, by way of illustration, that I have carved up some of the state into the already formed groups. There is much to be done to refine the way we work to increase our effectiveness, but this chart will demonstrate how the AFA in NSW is beginning this process.
In NSW there are 50 Federal Electorates. If AFA groups can effectively influence MP’s and the Media in 23 electorates, just for a start, imagine the impact it can have.
THIS IS WHY IT IS ESSENTIAL FOR MEMBERS TO GET INTO A GROUP
Every mother and father is 100% busy, but we must have faith that the little bit we CAN do will make an impact.
What will multiply the effect we each have is being organised………WORKING TOGETHER. |
