Email Lists

E-mail Distribution Lists

The files below are email distribution lists suitable for use by Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express (some other mail programs may be able to import them).

Each list contains the email address of every Federal MP (Member of the House of Representatives or Senator) in your State or Territory.

Using lists such as these make it possible to contact all of your elected representatives with considerable ease (and speed!).

To set them up on your computer, simply do the following:

1. Right-click on the desired list & click 'Save target as'.

2. Once the file is saved to your computer, open it.

3. Go to the 'File' menu, click 'Copy to folder', select 'Contacts' and click OK.

4. The list will now be available in your Contacts list and/or Address Book when you send email!

5. Repeat this process for any other list you would like.

* Please note: the Prime Minister, the Treasurer and the Attorney-General cannot be contacted via email.
